Ok for those who have joined and for those who have not, I am Carlos Phoenix. I am an artist who has worked in various fields that include, illustration, storyboarding, video production and film (art direction and props). I am also a gadget freak and a media freak. I am into what the future of technology holds for the indie artist's. From the musician, the film maker, the photographer and the artist. The internet is slowly moving into the territory of Hollywood, Music Labels and other forms of media, publications and distribution. The Lounge Magazine is a place where i intend to have a forum for sharing artists vision, and invite interviews of those who are making it in the business. We can share their knowledge and gather the information in a publication setting. The magazine is like a Magazine 2.0, where we intend to use video, both online and on DVD to share back to you the visions these artists share. We will also share where the technology market is assisting in this move. And we will also interview the mainstream, the labels, the studios and ask about how all this is effecting them.
